Physical strength is necessary to be able to actually do the sport. An athlete needs physical strength to put the ball where it needs to go and to fight Off the defenders. Hysterical strength is required for game stamina. Athletes usually have toned, shaped bodies from months of conditioning and exercising. Athletes in good physical shape are ones that have the endurance and strength to last the whole game. Finally, athletes are goal setters. They set goals to train, win learn from mistakes and try one hundred percent. They do not stop trying until their goals are met. Good athletes are in good physical shape, are mentally and physically strong and set goals to make themselves better.
